Information you provide
When you request a quote, ask a pricing question, or contact Nuvan, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, plan selection, requested add-ons, page needs, and the details you enter about your business.
How we use and share information
We use this information to respond, prepare recommendations and quotes, provide services, keep inquiry records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Form submissions are stored in Nuvan's managed database and trigger transactional emails to Nuvan and, when applicable, the person submitting the form. Service providers used for hosting, database operations, authentication, and email delivery process information only to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Browser storage and cookies
Essential browser storage remembers your cookie choice and keeps an unfinished quote selection available during your browser session. Authentication storage is used only for Nuvan's private administrative inbox. These functions do not require advertising consent.
Analytics and advertising choices
Nuvan does not currently run GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel on this site. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, they will remain disabled until you grant the relevant permission. These tools may then process device details, page views, referral information, approximate location, and interactions to measure site or advertising performance.
You can choose Essential Only, select categories under Preferences, or change your choice anytime through Cookie preferences in the footer. You may also use browser controls, Global Privacy Control where supported, and the opt-out tools offered by Google, Meta, or TikTok.
Retention, security, and your rights
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
